When someone requests to contract the Twilight Order's services, a form must be fulfilled in order to ensure optimal efficiency. If the petition is accepted by the Shadow Council, a response will be made in a timely fashion if possible. There is no guarantee that a petition will be accepted, nor how soon the Council will respond.

Only one target may be designated per contract, and each contract should be posted in a separate thread (New Topic).



Petitioner:

- Your character name.

Contract:

- The terms of your request pertaining to the Twilight Order; i.e. what results you expect, and what you'll give in return for its services.

Target:

- Exact screen name of the target.

Location:

- Where the target can generally be found (the more precise you are, the higher the chances for success become).

Time Zone:

- List a time frame when the target is usually on.

Tech Preference:

- If the target uses a Tech format, list which one(s).
